A refurbished one-room, 18–22 m² room with two single beds, 90 × 200 cm, on floors 8 to 10. The rooms on the eighth floor were renovated in 2025: a grey interior and a shower cabin. On the ninth and tenth floors — grey-and-blue tones and a bathtub. The design varies between rooms, but the category is one. It accommodates up to three guests: the third place is an extra bed for 300 UAH, subject to availability.
