These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the website (the "Site") of the Black Sea Hotel Group chain of hotels. The Site and the hotels of the chain are operated by BLACK SEA HOTEL GROUP LLC (ТОВ «БЛЕК СІ ХОТЕЛ ГРУП»), registration number 39783349 (the "Company").

By using this Site, you fully agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Site.

Users may use the Site to book rooms, obtain information about the services of the chain’s hotels and communicate online with the Company’s management.

Any other use of the Site without the written consent of the administration is prohibited.

The Site does not involve creating an account. Individual features — booking, reviews and enquiries to the management — work through the relevant forms.

When completing a form, you undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the content of the messages you leave.

Booking a room through the Site confirms that you accept the terms of stay and the payment for the services of the chain’s hotels.

The terms of stay and the rules for changing and cancelling a booking are set out in the House Rules published on the Site and in the terms of the chosen rate.

Payment for the services of the chain’s hotels is made in accordance with the rates stated on the Site.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the payment information you provide when making transactions.

The Company is not liable for:

• any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the Site;
• temporary unavailability or incorrect operation of the Site due to technical reasons;
• actions of third parties, including payment system operators or other service providers.

All materials on the Site, including texts, images, graphics, logos and software, are the property of the Company or are used with the permission of the rights holders.

Any copying, distribution or use of the Site’s materials without the Company’s prior written permission is prohibited.

Users agree not to:

• upload or transmit through the Site materials that are illegal, offensive, or infringe the rights of others;
• perform any actions that may negatively affect the operation of the Site or create an excessive load on its infrastructure.

These Terms govern the use of the Site. Stays at the hotels are governed by the House Rules, and each individual booking by the terms of the chosen rate. In the event of a conflict, the mandatory provisions of Ukrainian law prevail.

These Terms are governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.

Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Site are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by law.
